Andy at InkXPro was very responsive when I called with a problem. He returned my call the same day, figured out why I was having the problem, and agreed to let me send back the wrong item purchased (and installed) in exchange for the right item. The continuous flow ink set works beautifully. I am very happy I purchased them. I no longer feel held hostage to Epson's expensive and wasteful single cartridge system.
