PIGMENT Continuous ink system CISS for HP Officeje November 20, 2013 Reviewer: mlkary from Pearland, TX United States   Have had this system for about a month and it works excellent. It is the same price as buying the large HP black ink and the standard color ink cartridges except it has an enormous ink capacity. Completely self contained when shipped. Just purge the air with the syringe and install. Also the system does not have a date stamp like the HP cartridges  meaning that HP has an electronic date stamp in the cartridge chip that causes the cartridge to expire after a certain amount of time regardless of ink level. Requested Customer Satisfaction Survey November 1, 2013 Reviewer: Jerome Lieb from Banning, CA United States   I am very pleased with the system.  It works nicely.  Had a little problem when removing the 4 filler plugs (small end).  I'm at 2,350' elevation. Ink squirted all over my hands and desk.  Maybe the pressure difference; Don't know.  Got it all cleaned up and is working good. Sent a couple of questions via email - which were never answered. Continuous ink system CISS for HP Officejet Pro 86 October 18, 2013 Reviewer: Perry Dykes from Byron, MN United States   First try was to long. a) Awesome product thus far after initial startup learning process. b) Hassles because install process in knowledge base is not streamlined. Keep old cartridges, in case have to bleed new cartridges and take out. You will need to put in old, reset, then put in new against for the systems. I asked the vendor redo the process to show bleeding before initial cartridge install. c) Windows 8 (at least) requires the first print job user to approve the cartridge per color. Admin should do that, as users get  confused. Great product, but you have to work with it a bit. Pay attention to small details in knowledge base and you will be good.
