HP 8100 CISS July 20, 2015 Reviewer: Bill Bullock from East-Central Louisiana   I bought this item on 10/29/2014 to reduce the cost of printing. It arrived and was easily set up and it was love at first printed page! Of course, like all relationships, there have been bumps in the road; the first was that my printer started that HP nonsense about not recognizing the CISS system. An email got a reply from "Kevin" that got it right back in service. I needed ink and they got it here asap. Then I discovered a tiny hole in the black ink tube (most likely my fault); another email to Kevin had a replacement ordered in 5 minutes and delivered the third working day. Am I a satisfied customer? YES I AM! Will I recommend the InkXpro group to others? YES I WiLL! In fact, I just did. Was this review helpful to you?

Wonderful for saving money on ink April 20, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Riverton, WY United States   I installed this in a company printer and I was amazed that the color reproduction was easily as good as the HP cartridges. Owned a pigment system for 16 months ... December 17, 2014 Reviewer: Donald Gillies from Palo Alto, CA United States   - Having a CISS is great.  I no longer stress out about running out of ink.  I literally have been up a creek without a paddle at 2am, at the mercy of HP and daytime store hours, in the past, but NOT ANY MORE !! - I am very satisfied with the print quality.  Also, the ability to print pigments is not something I can get from an HP cartridge. - I don't print photos for display, mostly documents.  When I need a long-lasting photo (like for a book cover I restored last week), I print previews on the HP 8600, and the final version on the color laser at work, for many years of longevity. - My wife ran our system dry, causing me to need to (a) Reset the cartridges, and (b) Reprime the cartridges.  Tech Support from Andy is great, thanks Ink X Pro !! Used for several months now uping rating November 17, 2014 Reviewer: CS from United States   The yellow not as yellow as HP ink. but doable. Evaporation was not an issue. Once primed seems to work well just had couple problems where the cartridges got low on ink and had to re-prime after printer sat for awhile. So I have gotten in the habit of checking level before printing if printer has sat for awhile. Haven't had any blank lines for awhile. Overall fairly satisfied with product rating may go up with continued use. If your looking here then you have some knowledge of printer components so I would suggest the systems. Some minor inconveniences but again over all it is a time and money saver. Was this review helpful to you?

Ink X Pro Review July 7, 2014 Reviewer: Douglas Broyles from Lutz, FL United States   Color quality is noticeably less with the ink provided, however since we don't print photos in the office it's not an issue. Once I tweaked the tubing so it would not catch on various internal components the system works well. Ink X Pro needs to work on this because someone is going to have a tube rupture and a massive ink spill in their machine. Good, not great March 27, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Easy installation, up and running in no time.  However, the color is not as good, especially in skin tones (paler,  more washed out looking).  The ink also takes longer to dry.  In fact, I can no longer use the auto-duplexer, as the ink is still too wet and causes streaks when run through the duplexer.  (I never did hear back from support when I inquired about this).  OK if I let the first side dry for a while and then manually do the backside.  Overall, a good deal to save a lot of money on ink, but know that it is not perfect or exactly the same as OEM ink. Continuous ink system March 26, 2014 Reviewer: ROBERT LAROCCA from WESTMINSTER, CO United States   Love this product I am telling everyone I know and one that I know of has purchased the system. HP doesn't like it every now and then I have to put in the old cartridges to fool HP but it is well worth the effort. Pigment continuous ink March 16, 2014 Reviewer: ISSAM MOHAMED from Astoria, NY United States   Thanks so much Inkxpro for having this continuous ink system. I don't know what would I do. How is it possible to to pay for the ink more than the price of the printer. Actually, I would not buy it. I might buy the laser printer instead. Now I do not have to worry about the ink any more.
