I had read good reviews ralking about great customer service, when one of my cartridges wasn't recognizing correctly, I sent an email.
Follow up was quick and generic. When I clarified I could read directions, I received an immediate phone call. (So far so good)
When he had me run through the same procedures I had tried before calling (removing and reloading the cartridge, pressing firmly so to make sure the connection was firm, and removing another cartridge to check for printer issues) I went with it knowing he was trying to help. Then, he said, well i know it isn't my cartridges, so itbqould be a waste for me tobsend a replacement. Then blamed my printer.
Clearly they have no technical savvy and are only drop shipping these items from another source.
