HP 8100 CISS	July 21, 2015

I bought this item on 10/29/2014 to reduce the cost of printing. It arrived and was easily set up and it was love at first printed page! Of course, like all relationships, there have been bumps in the road; the first was that my printer started that HP nonsense about not recognizing the CISS system. An email got a reply from "Kevin" that got it right back in service. I needed ink and they got it here asap. Then I discovered a tiny hole in the black ink tube (most likely my fault); another email to Kevin had a replacement ordered in 5 minutes and delivered the third working day. Am I a satisfied customer? YES I AM! Will I recommend the InkXpro group to others? YES I WiLL! In fact, I just did.

Thank you very much for your attention to this issue! I received the cartridges a few days ago, and I had a chance to install them this afternoon. I did some test prints and they look fabulous, and I think this is going to be a much better product for me. I very much appreciate the customer service I've recieved, and you've certainly earned a return customer for life! I will gladly refer people I know to your products. Awesome system. Works well. Great color	August 3, 2012

I do a lot of CD disk printing and also photo printing and those types of printing use a ton of ink. I read about INKXPRO and decided that they were going to get my business. The original cost is high, but after seeing the system up close and at work and the quality of the printing by the CISS from INKXPRO, my mind was put at ease. So far I've printed 1250 CD's and about 40 full size prints. My ink is still about 1/4 gone. I had to modify the CISS system a bit. The adhesive for the clamps that hold the ink lines does not hold well so I got some commercial grade Velcro and that did the trick. Also, the ink lines do move and when the print head is all the way left, they do hit the top of the printer and it makes an annoying noise. I put a block of soft foam where it hits and now this thing is as silent as it can be. I highly recommend this CISS system. The colors are superb and the quality of the system itself is A-!.

My business depends on high-volume printing and we have both Epson WP4530 and WP4540 models. We wasted a lot of money on other models and ONLY WP 4530 and 4540 meets our needs. WHY ? - InkXPro provides auto-refill cartridges that are ACTUALLY the same as a continuous ink supply system (CISS) - with a BIG tank that lasts months without refilling. The other benefit is that there is no hassle in installing the cartridges (Wohoo!). Unlike conventional CISS system, the WP4540 and WP4530 have a built-in CISS --- meaning the print head does not carry the ink on top, but is already connected via ink-hoses to the CISS. InkXPro just supplies the refillable cartridges - which work like a charm ! Could not be happier: - saved GIG on $$$ - saved time - enjoyed quality customer service from InkXPro - and will likely re-order multiple pigment ink bottles in the near future
