Problem with Epson Firmware update solved July 12, 2016 Reviewer: Juergen Spachmann from Novi, MI   I had problems, that after a firmware update of my Epsomn WP-4630 the cartridge didn´t work any more. I contacted Inkxpro. They sent me within 2 days a set of updated chips, which solved the problem immediately. Awesome service Was this review helpful to you?

4530 Replacement chips September 30, 2015 Reviewer: Brett from Morrison, CO United States   I have used Inkxpro cartridges in my Epson WF-4530 now for over a year. I print 3,000 to 10,000 pages a month. They have saved me thousands. I replaced that printer with another refurbished one so I could continue to use the ink cartridges. 2 of the cartridges needed the chip replaced to work with the "new" printer. I contacted Inkxpro and the responded with a link to what I needed to order and a video to demonstrate how to replace. Works flawlessly. I will order ALL my printing needs from inkxpro.
