5 of 5 Great CISS September 1, 2013

Item works perfect. I had to modify the printer's plastic parts in order to work as it should but it wass easy. Some times have to charge one color because the silicon pipes have some ink gaps.

2 of 5 service and support January 6, 2013

the product seems ok so far...however, i rec'd no instructions on how to install it into the mg8220, and based on similar printers from your site, it didn't include the part to hold the cover switch closed, thus i had to make my own.
i also sent email regarding this issue, which you didn't respond.
