The replacement tubes came quickly.  Unfortunately the response to help questions from the site were non-existent.  I asked several questions which were not answered after almost a month.  Good sales service but support lacking

2 of 5 Tubes were sent without ends installed September 9, 2018

Tubes are sent without being cut to length or having the plastic ends installed. Found it difficult to get the plastic ends which were sent separately into the ends of the tubes. Bought two sets of replacement tubes, got one installed and will be ordering a complete replacement CISS system for the other printer that needs new tubes. To be clear, I really like the InkXPro CISS systems, they work great once installed. Just that the bare tubes were a challenge to deal with.
