| Warranties | |
 All our products are warranted for 12 months from time of purchase against any CISS component failure through normal use. Most other CISS products have only a 90 day warranty. In the event of any claim please call us first to discuss and then provide written and photographic explanation and send by email to link to contact section supporting this and we will either send out a specific replacement component or if considered appropriate a complete replacement system. We will issue you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions before we will accept your return. This offer is specific to our Continuous Ink Supply Systems and we are not responsible for any possible damage to printers or other items. We will offer a full refund if the system or ink supplies are returned to us within 30 days of signed receipt of goods. This includes goods that have been damaged whilst in transit. In which case you should notify the courier immediately on receipt of goods of any such damage so we can place a claim. We will not accept returns of any items that have been fitted incorrectly or damaged as a result of mishandling, accidental or otherwise after signed receipt of goods. All returns must be sent to inkXpro.com at the buyer's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
