Service review - Purchase of Ink. March 15, 2023 Reviewer: Norman W Houghton from Castleton on Hudson, NY United States   You folks continue to surpass most vendors, In your responses and return calls.   There is only one thing I think you need to do that I found a bit of pain.  That is in the installation.  You might want to put a flyer in the box tell them to visit You Tube or to remember to open the vent caps on the containers.  LOL Thank you.  I have since ordered another unit for my Canon printer. Brilliant Colors April 14, 2016 Reviewer: Robert Gauthier from Carleton Place, ON Canada   As good as the original HP Cartridges at a fraction of the price!  The best part is not having to be held hostage from HP and the other manufactures with their exorbitant pricing for a couple of tablespoons of ink!! Service is good November 29, 2014 Reviewer: g zheng from Lexington, MA United States   shipping and service are very good. The four bottles grouped packadge is intact and in excellent condition, but the bottle (black, H 920 series 12061834) was leaked everyway inside the packadge, and it took me very good hour to clean the rest of packadge, and only found that black ink bottle was half filled now. Ink August 14, 2013 Reviewer: Andrew Mariano from Barrigada, GU United States   Print quailty is good.  Sometimes need to clean the print heads if not getting the right color (cyan came out as green) or poor quality after not printing anything for a period of time.  Also, black and photo black are apparently the same. Bulk ink order April 15, 2013 Reviewer: Mark Johnson from Chula Vista, CA United States   My order was processed, shipped and received within 5 days, which is very good. I was supposed to received 1 black pigment and 1 black dye, but I received 2 black dye. An email to customer service rectified the problem, and I received the correct ink on the 2nd day.
