Great Investment September 28, 2014 Reviewer: Michele S. from Phoenix, AZ   I purchased my 8600 printer late last year based on availability of a CIS.  Initial set up requires a bit of patience, but well worth it.  I had an issue with the first unit and the company acted immediately to make it right. I've been using this product for approx. 9 months and ink levels from initially supplied ink are still plentiful.  On average I go through a ream of paper every 3 to 4 weeks to print color design proofs and documents. I highly recommend InkXPro.com and continuous ink systems. Was this review helpful to you?

Peace of Mind ... December 13, 2013 Reviewer: Donald Gillies from Palo Alto, CA United States   Initially I forgot to open up the ink wells, and our black ink-feed got a bunch of bubbles and my wife was disappointed.  So I opened the filler plugs and printed 3 black pages to fix that problem. The blacks are not 100% black, they are more like 80% black.   Other than those issues, I am EXTREMELY happy because ink costs and fear of running out of ink were constant worries for us !!
