Money-saver March 15, 2023 Reviewer: Richard Hughes from San Diego, CA United States   CIS is the way to go.  This particular system was recognized by the printer as Epson cartridges.  It was pretty tricky to route the ink hoses, however.  There was no link to the YouTube video included with the kit and it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to figure this out from scratch.  There's very little space and everything has to be positioned just right or the printer assembly makes horrible grinding noises.  It sound as though the printer is being wrecked when everything isn't positioned just right.  Since I got it to work it's continued working without any further adjustment necessary. EXCELLENT !!! March 15, 2023 Reviewer: CharleHorse from Planet Earth, for now!   A simple abc system I got the no battery one Works perfect I was so excited that I totally forgot to open breather holes & put in the air filters I did pass a very scary moment I though I did burned  the printer's head I dry out the black ink from printer's head My printers was brand new & I could resolve the problem with the setup cartridges Believe me It did suck up 1/2 of the ink of the black setup cartridge I did left it alone until next day Since then ZERO problems Prints perfect & flawless Only one complain Once the printer is been setup for the very first time, the setup cartridges chips come with less estimated pages & every other week the black level goes down & reset has to be done again I did bought a replacement set bundle of 1x XL black cartridge & 1x MCY regular size I think this might resolve the problem I have don't it yet But once I due You will hear from me Excellent:  Value Quality Service Support THANKS :) Was this review helpful to you?

I recommend the system w/ different ink March 4, 2022 Reviewer: Charles Poblete from TUCSON, AZ United States   They system is great. Installation was easy enough. I bought the system with hd photo ink pre-installed. My only complaint is that pictures printed with the hd photo ink turn out too blue and the yellow is not as vibrant compared to the epson ink cartridges. I even tried minimizing the blue ink  and maximizing the yellow ink used through the epson software. It gets closer to true colors when i do that but it is annoying to have to adjust the color settings everytime. I will have to try the true color ink in the future when I run out of ink but it will take a while. If I did it again, I would buy the empty system with the true color photo ink. CISS for Epson WF-3640 October 10, 2018 Reviewer: Vicki B. from Rialto, CA United States   I appreciate that the cost of the entire system, with ink included, was less than I would have had to pay for replacement cartridges, but with much more ink.  I watched a YouTube video to help me with the installation and it was very simple to install.  So far I am very pleased with the quality of the print.  I was also appreciative of the promptness with which my order arrived. So far, so good. August 16, 2017 Reviewer: Ray Scrafield from Huntington Beach, CA United States   I haven't had the ink system long enough to evaluate it properly but so far so good. I'm happy and unless something occurs to change that, I think the system is a winner. I am not a large scale printer of anything but I will be exercising my printer often just to keep the ink fresh. Possibly after more time has gone by, I can re-evaluate the ink system. Was this review helpful to you?
