Glad I ordered! March 3, 2020 Reviewer: Kevin Stewart from Shelton, WA United States   Awesome guy, quality products, would recommend to anybody who prints regularly! Interested to see what the pigment looks like, it looks really vibrant in the hoses in videos on here, but I am perfectly satisfied with this dye! InkXPro spot on! February 4, 2019 Reviewer: Michele | Marketing Links from Phoenix, AZ United States   I found this company on the internet years ago when researching continuous ink systems for a company printer. I knew nothing about either at the time.  I had questions, so I called and spoke with Andy.  He addressed my questions making me feel confident enough to order a system.   The order arrived in a couple of business days.  Having questions during set up I picked up the phone for help.  I remember leaving a message which was promptly returned.  Since then I've been a loyal customer.  One time I had an issue with a product and when I called, they walked through the troubleshooting with me.  It turns out the product was defective and they immediately replaced it.   All our ink orders are processed quickly and we received them within a couple of days, which is great since we are 2000 miles away in Arizona.
