Great products and service December 18, 2019 Reviewer: MIchael from Ocala, Fl   First time using a CIS on an Epson 7720 that I bought specifically for this purpose.  Install was simple, only problem was with the door that closes over the print cartridges.  This caused the yellow cartridge to not be recognized, used a small screwdriver to remove the door and everything went perfectly.  Using with no problems since.  Would recommend to anyone. pinched feed line May 1, 2019 Reviewer: Jahnaya from Howe   I have bought this ciss system in march it is now may 1st and for 2 days I have been fighting with my ciss because it was only printing red. I tried all of the fixes that I have seen online and nothing prevailed so I took the system out and to my surprise their were a lot of kinks in the tubing and a deep one on the black, and it appears the it comes from the lid of my printer. In the youtube instruction that was suggested for installation the gentleman didn't ever close the lid. My printer can not function on an open lid so thusly my tubing is now pinched and cant do nothing about it. I am very upset that the tubing is that weak that it would get crushed like that. going to try one last time to fix but I am so mad at it right now that I do have to voice my opinion. It is now just an ink storage tool for now until I get to use it all with a different product and I am not sure if I will get it from here, Was this review helpful to you?

Just installed on my 7620 and it WORKS!! January 13, 2019 Reviewer: Kathy from TX   We use our 7620 for plotting cadd architectural markups on tabloid paper.  The ink cartridges were eating us alive.  This product arrived fully primed with ink flowing thru the tubes unlike my first product ordered thru another company.  The installation was very easy using the video.  The machine primes the ink for several minutes and blinks 2 lights blue for a while but nothing is wrong.  I had to clean the black print heads but that was the only adustment I made.  The ink was ready to print and all of my test prints have looked fantastic!  thank you so much.  I will do this again and again ONLY from this company!!!!! Very grateful for this System. August 29, 2018 Reviewer: REMY TAUPIER from Hempstead, NY United States   After installing, it was hard having the printer accept and recognize the system. I unplugged the printer with the CIS system inside for the night. Then next day when the printer said "not recognized" I pressed the reset button and it worked. Awesome CIS for a great price! July 6, 2016 Reviewer: Yuned247.com from Baldwin Park, CA United States   Works amazingly well!  Install was not too bad.  I did have difficulty with the tubes snagging underneath the carriage.  But I fixed it by leaving a gap and not closing the lid completely and leaving the plastic plug in to make the printer think it's completely closed.  It worked great after that little modification. Wish the instructions were more clear and detailed on where to mounted the tubes exactly instead of guessing.  But other than that, the system works.  Had to clean the nozzle a couple times to print right.  Pigment it is a little dull, not as bright as the oem but it is still acceptable.
