Great Customer Service July 6, 2018 Reviewer: Alecia Hopkins from Fort Worth, TX United States   My experience in dealing with INKXPO was great.  I originally ordered the incorrect item and when I contacted Andy he was very courteous in helping me determine what I really needed and worked with me on the return.   When I'm ready for refill ink, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Still working! June 13, 2016 Reviewer: Richard Nguyen   Have been using this system for two years and no hiccups aside from the chip board going bad but thats understandable. Epson 845 Workforce February 8, 2014 Reviewer: Warren from North Carolina, USA   Got this system 2 years back and have nothing but trouble. Yellow ink reservoir had small  floating particles. Constant cartridge not recognized errors which means a charging EVERY time I go to print. NO response to my emails!!! Will not buy from this group again. Was this review helpful to you?

Continuous Ink System June 5, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from North Brunswick, NJ United States   Received in a couple of days.  Included everything I needed, including a pair of rubber gloves so you don’t get your hands dirty. Was a little nervous to "break" the door to the ink cartridges, but reading others success with the system, I went for it. I echo the other comments about the manual being hard to read and follow. The video helped but I ended up having to call for support. The person on the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. The system works beautifully...well worth the price!! I would highly recommend it. I took one star away because of the manual being so hard to understand. Was this review helpful to you?

Easy to setup, great quality prints February 4, 2013 Reviewer: Van Lieu from San Francisco, CA United States   I installed the CISS this past weekend.  After watching the videos for priming the system and the one for installing, the rest is piece of cake.  I was expecting to spend more than 1 hours, but ended up finishing in 30 minutes. The first couple of prints have some ink spots, but they went away on subsequent prints.  I don't see any different in quality from the original OEM cartridge that comes with the printer. The instructions that come with the CISS can use some editing.  However, they are not needed, just watch the videos! Was this review helpful to you?
