These cartridges have a soso performance meaning that sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

These are different from any Canon cartridges that I was experienced  with.
They are pigment based-not dye based. I learned the hard way that dye based HP inks are not compatible. Must use pigment ink.
Cartridges are of good construction and large. Red one did not work in the HP 8600 plus. Andy replaced it promptly.
Customer service is fantastic.
