I haven't installed the CISS yet because I still trying to get used to this new printer. I am, However using your Refillable Ink Cartridges, and they are working great except for the black. it seems to want to stop supplying ink to the print head. You suggested using a needle to open the vent, and I did. I am waiting to see if that cures the problem. Back to you soon, Jim

Product is good. Except for the odd bit of colour fluctuation, the colours and feed are are quite regular. However, the product started leaking in transit and required a LOT of clean up before I could even start setting up.

New to CISS

We were new to CISS. Wanted to save money on replacing ink cartridges. Purchased a CISS for our Pixma Pro 9000 and had an issue with some colors. The support team at InkXpro was great and we were able to resolve the issue. Completely support CISS and the folks at InkXpro standby their products!!!!

Tremendous Value/Quality

After much fence sitting, I decided to give CISS a try. Having researched various vendors, went with Inkxpro and could not be more pleased. Following the included instructions and watching the video on your site, installation was a breeze. The quality of the prints is, if nothing else tremendous. Thank you for providing great service and a product that does exactly what you say (and more, in my opinion). Have thus far printed everything from 5x7 to panorama without hiccup one.

I do a lot of CD disk printing and also photo printing and those types of printing use a ton of ink. I read about INKXPRO and decided that they were going to get my business.
The original cost is high, but after seeing the system up close and at work and the quality of the printing by the CISS from INKXPRO, my mind was put at ease.
So far I've printed 1250 CD's and about 40 full size prints. My ink is still about 1/4 gone.
I had to modify the CISS system a bit. The adhesive for the clamps that hold the ink lines does not hold well so I got some commercial grade Velcro and that did the trick. Also, the ink lines do move and when the print head is all the way left, they do hit the top of the printer and it makes an annoying noise. I put a block of soft foam where it hits and now this thing is as silent as it can be.
I highly recommend this CISS system. The colors are superb and the quality of the system itself is A-!.
